Registration Procedure

1.) Register as Coach/Team Leader (make sure a “team” does not already exist for your school)

2.) Determine School Size based on combined 7th and 8th grade enrollment

3.) Register athletes (No need to “declare” Varsity or JV/Open during registration)

4.) Have athletes participate in the appropriate race on race day based on the published time standards (Link to standards)

Please note: DO NOT create multiple “teams” representing the same school!

Entry Deadlines

Early Registration “cut-off” is Wednesday, October 2nd!  

 

**Early Entries will be accepted online until 9:00 AM, Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024**

**Entries must be completed online by 9:00 AM, Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024, in order for athlete names to appear on event merchandise.

 

**Late Entries accepted online from Wednesday, October 2nd, 9:00 AM until Thursday, October 3rd, 9:00 AM**

 

No race day registrations or entries made by mail or phone will be accepted.

NO ENTRIES will be accepted after 9:00 AM, Thursday, October 3rd! No exceptions!
